Sewing patterns are for personal use only. It is forbidden to share or use it for commercial purposes. If you wish to use any of them to resell your creations sewn from my patterns or as part of a sewing workshop, then you will need the commercial license (in addition to the pattern, to be purchased separately).
There are different types of licenses depending on your needs:
Artisanal Sales License - €79/year
Freely sell your creations made from my patterns, with no limit on the number of pieces, for the entire duration of your license.
Workshop License - €99/year
Run workshops and sewing classes using my patterns as teaching material.
Pack: Workshop + Artisanal Sales License - €149/year
The ideal solution for haberdasheries, sewing schools, and professional designers: workshops + sales of creations.
Professional license holders are listed on a "Partners" page of my site.
Licenses are valid for 12 months from their purchase date. They are personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive.
The acquisition of this license does not grant any intellectual property rights over the patterns, tutorials, visuals, or associated content, which remain the exclusive property of EVELYNE PATTERNS.
Attribution
As part of your activity, you agree to mention the origin of the patterns used by stating that they were created by Evelyne Patterns.
This mention can be made in particular:
- during your workshops and sewing classes;
- on your social networks;
- on your online shop;
- in your communication materials (flyers, posters, newsletters, etc.).
Whenever possible, please tag or mention the brand's account in your publications.
Respect for Copyright
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or making available of patterns, digital files, or tutorials is strictly prohibited.
Any use not in accordance with these conditions may lead to the withdrawal of the license and give rise to the exercise of remedies provided for by the legislation in force concerning intellectual property.
Commercial Freedom
No commission is charged on your sales.
You remain entirely free to set the prices of your creations and to develop your activity as you wish, in compliance with these conditions.
